Acceptance of Terms

tj1971 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Accounts that fail to complete verification will have withdrawal capabilities restricted until the required documentation is provided and approved. Standard processing time for KYC document review is 1–3 business days under normal operating conditions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs below the minimum threshold required for an official result, tj1971 reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to the player's account balance. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on tj1971 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including via multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion periods.

• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Hacking or technical abuse — attempting to gain unauthorised access to tj1971's systems, databases, or other players' accounts; introducing malware or disruptive code; or exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour directed at tj1971 staff or other players via live chat, support channels, or any other means of communication.

tj1971 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, tj1971 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void and forfeit all or part of the account balance; recover any bonuses, free bets, or promotional winnings obtained through prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial crime authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

tj1971 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder was under 18 years of age at any time during their use of the platform.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified via the registered email address before any administrative fee or closure process is initiated.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the tj1971 support team via live chat.
